For all those stay at home people, cooking lunch might be the most boring thing to do especially because it just for you.
This is the time i try to experiment with food. My aim is to come up with the simplest and fastest and healthiest recipe which need not taste like million dollars but will keep me happy for the rest of the day.
I am veggie fan so all you meat lovers can replace my great veggies with your fave meat.
Today, i am making broccoli soup.
Ingredients:
1. Your fave Knorr ready-made powdered soups - Today i am using Chicken with leek
2. Broccoli
Put some water to boil in a small container while you boil broccoli in the microwave.
Add the soup contents to the boiling water. Since i have a big apetite, i use half the packet instead of one-fourths to make the soup). Keep stirring while adding and cook the soup in low heat for 5 mins.
Once smooth, add the broccoli and enjoy your soup.
You can also add carrots/beans any such veggies you like.
Ok i gotta go and have mine now.
So, 15 mins is all it takes to make the soup and write a post :)
